Calvary Chapel Flathead Valley
Important Schedule Changes
Flathead County is now in PHASE TWO of the Governor’s re-opening plan. We are all looking forward to seeing you at church and there are some changes you will want to take note of.
First, two services next week!
Starting on Sunday June 7th, we will go back to 2 services at 9am and 11am. We are able to provide Children’s Ministry at the 11am service for kids PK – 5th grade. Our nursery will be staffed and available as well. If you would like to attend the 11am service with your kids, please let us know by sending an email to email@example.com along with the number and ages of your children. Your email prior to Friday at 4pm is greatly appreciated and will help us prepare and serve your family.
To help keep everyone healthy, we will not have snacks during class for now and will limit games and activities with group contact. Kids will wash their hands or use hand sanitizer around the midpoint of the class. In the nursery, our sanitized toys will not be shared between children. Lessons on sharing will have to come at a later date. 🙂
We are making these and other changes for the benefit of you and your family should you wish to participate. If you are not comfortable with having your kids in Children’s Ministry just yet, you are welcome have them sit with you during this season in the sanctuary.
Second, no more RSVP!
You will no longer need to send an RSVP email to attend either service. Only families with kids coming to the 11am service are asked to do so. When you come, please maintain good social distancing, consider wearing a mask, and sit with your family or household unit. If you or someone in your family is sick or not feeling well, please stay home.
In addition, those members in vulnerable demographics should continue to stay home for the time being. You may also consider staying home if you live with or are in close contact with someone who is elderly or immunocompromised. If you live in Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Whitefish or beyond, you will still be able to connect with your church remotely.
The Sunday 9am service and Wednesday Bible Study at 6pm will continue to be ONLINE on Facebook Live and www.calvaryflathead.freeonlinechurch.com.
If you are in or near Kalispell, you are welcome to attend the Wednesday Bible Study, Youth Group, or Kids Club without sending an RSVP email. Kid’s Club starts June 10th!

2,700 years ago, the powerful and evil king of Assyria was threatening Jerusalem. Hezekiah, the king of Judah, told the people to be encouraged and to trust in the Lord and not their own strength.
“Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid nor dismayed before the king of Assyria, nor before all the multitude that [is] with him; for [there are] more with us than with him. 8 “With him [is] an arm of flesh; but with us [is] the LORD our God, to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people were strengthened by the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.” (2 Chronicles 32:7-8)
During this time, we do not need to fear or be dismayed. We are to trust in the Lord and be comforted by the fact that God is for us and will fight our battles. Look to Him. Trust in Him. May we not lean on our own understanding but move forward in the strength of the Lord.
See you soon!

“…Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. (Lam 3:22-23) I have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years. That is a long time to be a customer of any business really. Can they hear me now?
Can You Hear Me Now?
